The Hong Kong Schools Speech Festival is one of the largest inter-school competitions in Hong Kong and has been running for over sixty-five years. Organized by the Hong Kong Schools and Music Association (HKSMA), this prestigious and eagerly anticipated annual event sees primary and secondary school students from across Hong Kong delivering speeches in both English and Chinese.
At Blooming Talents Education Centre, we are committed to helping students develop confidence, courage, and creativity through participation in the Speech Festival. Our expert coaches, specializing in public speaking and vocal coaching, work closely with students to ensure they interpret texts accurately and convey their meanings with clarity and expression. We focus on honing essential speech skills such as articulation, voice control, pronunciation, and intonation. Our coaching instills in students the ability to take the stage with unwavering confidence, allowing them to captivate and connect with their audience in a meaningful and impactful way.
Even during the challenges of COVID-19, our centre and our students have shown remarkable growth. In each of the past two years, we have successfully coached over 100 champions annually. Additionally, more than 300 of our students have consistently achieved top-three placements, securing first, second, or third place each year.
